PrimeLinen Host, a trading name of Linen Host, provides linen hire services to customers, offering high-quality bed packs for short-term rental. By using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to each transaction and order made with PrimeLinen Host.

• Rental Duration: The maximum hire term for bed packs is 10 days from the date of delivery.
• Extension Fees: After the 10-day hire period, there will be a charge of £4.50 per bed pack per day if the items are not returned or collected as scheduled. This fee allows continued use of the items and covers additional washing and handling.

• Proper Care: Clients are responsible for maintaining the bed packs in good condition during the rental period. This includes appropriate washing and handling of items as per the care instructions provided to avoid damage.
• Damage Responsibility: If any item is damaged, stained, or returned in an unusable state, the repair or replacement costs will be deducted from the security deposit. In cases where damage exceeds the deposit amount, PrimeLinen Host reserves the right to seek additional payment to cover full repair or replacement costs.

• Deposit: A security deposit is required at the time of hiring, which will be held until the items are returned in satisfactory condition.
• Additional Charges: The deposit may be partially or fully retained to cover the costs of any damages or additional hire charges.

• End of Hire Period: The customer agrees to make all items available for collection by the agreed-upon date, or within 10 days of delivery.
• Late Returns: Failure to return items on time will result in an automatic daily charge of £4.50 per bed pack until the items are collected or returned.

PrimeLinen Host is not liable for any personal injury or property damage resulting from the use of our products. It is the customer's responsibility to follow all care instructions provided with the linens.

PrimeLinen Host reserves the right to update or change these terms at any time. Customers will be notified of any material changes.
